- What does Copacker cost?
- Nothing right now. There are no paid plans, and signing up doesn’t ask for a card.
- Which stores does it work with?
- Amazon, Shopify and eBay. Copacker reads your sales and stock from each.
- Can I ship to my own warehouse or a 3PL?
- Yes. A purchase order can go to any of your delivery addresses instead of Amazon. Link an address to a Shopify location, and what you’ve ordered shows as on order there.
- Does Restock plan for my other locations?
- Yes. It plans for each of your Shopify locations as well as Amazon, and a reorder for a location goes straight to it.
- How do I track shipments outside Amazon?
- Your supplier marks the shipment shipped, your forwarder adds the carrier and tracking number, and you mark it received, all on the purchase order.
- Does it work with freight forwarders?
- Yes. Your forwarder gets its own workspace, downloads the invoice and labels, and marks each shipment shipped with its carrier, tracking number and freight cost.
- Do my suppliers need an account?
- No. They can work in Copacker for free, or you can fill in their side of the order yourself.
- Does it ship to AWD?
- Yes. Copacker plans shipments to FBA and AWD, including AWD warehouses in China and Vietnam.
- Which documents and labels does it make?
- Purchase orders, packing lists, and FNSKU, carton, shipping and warning labels, alongside the commercial invoice from your supplier.
- What’s MCP?
